Along the way, I've encountered some remarkable pieces of writing—essays and perspectives that have shaped my understanding of where we're headed. In this article, I aim to connect these perspectives to tell a story about AI that is hopeful but not naïve, acknowledging both the transformative potential of AI technology and its societal impact. This is a journey through some of today’s best thinking on AI, with a focus on what lies ahead. Additionally, it's a recommended reading list I’m excited to share.

Contrasting with other perspectives that focus on AGI as a potentially existential force, Suleyman highlights practical applications and responsible development centered on the user experience.
